I have been using Lowestoft Car Hire since the mid nineties, when they were still a Thrifty franchise. This is a well run family buisness that really cares about its customers. Their vehicles are always top notch and great value. Their staff are always polite, cheerful and professional.

On more than one occasion over the years the company owner has given me her own car well outside of opening hours to help me out of a sticky situation. This will give you some idea of how serious these guys are about customer service!

I get great service time and time again I only use Lowestoft Car Hire 3 or 4 times a year, but each time I get great service from them. Their rates are the best I can find locally. They have great 'out of hours' drop off, which I always use to save some money if you can get your timing right.
